What information is required for us to process a service job?
Customer name - Name of person raising fault - Scheme address with post code - Scheme identity number - Equipment location (if known) - Nature of the fault or issue - Fault address if different to the scheme address - Site access details, name and contact number - Any other information that would assist the engineer. If this is a Warden Call contract we will also need a) the type of control equipment and b) the UAC telephone number.

Appello have a dedicated small works service providing quotes, orders and queries relating to minor installations, adaptations and extensions of existing systems.
